Merchandise may be returned for exchange or refund under the following conditions. All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt and in the original packaging as received, unused & undamaged. A restocking fee will be deducted from your credit for any returns. The fee is $5.00 for the first item returned and $2.50 for each additional item. Example, returning three items would be $10.00 ($5.00 + $2.50 + $2.50). Additional shipping charges for exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer. Overseas Sales: All Customs Fees, Duties, or Tariffs are the responsibility of the purchaser. This applies to the original purchase and shipment and to product return shipments. Within one week from the date of your return, the balance will be credited to your charge account. .

We do not offer refunds on formal dresses, sunglasses, hosiery, bodystockings, or underwear.

Returns must be authorized via email or telephone, and all claims must be made within 14 days of receiving merchandise. We will refund the price of the merchandise but not the shipping.
