Absolutely gorgeous Victorian Touring Hat. Ivory straw hat base, trimmed in scalloped ivory floral lace. Taupe, shimmery satin crown, accented with ivory marabou feathers, pink roses and beading. Ivory sheer tulle gathered at back of hat, hangs down three feet. Floral ribbon and satin ivory ribbons hang down on one side. Measures 15" across entire hat. One size fits all.
