Description
A gorgeous Victorian Touring hat in antique gold and black. Crown is made with gathered light gold tulle. Accented with flowers and black marabou feathers. Black straw hat base is trimmed all around with black floral lace. Black tulle is gathered at the back and hangs down approx. 36". One size fits all. Hat measures 15" across.
